Commercial Description:
Coopers Sparkling Ale is brewed naturally by the centuries-old top fermentation method just as it was in the beginning by Thomas Cooper. This beer displays a solid head and a distinctive, full-bodied flavour enhanced by a soft, fruity character and the sediment which gives it a cloudy appearance.

Pours a cloudy dark yellow. Generous, but quick to dissolve white head. Medium bodied with a spicy, yeastly flavour. Australia can brew a fine ale, no doubt about it.

A hazy/unclear golden colored beer, with a nice foamy white head. It disappears soon. The aroma is fresh, fruity like citrus. It’s also light floral. The taste of fruity citrus with a nice bitterness. The bitterness stays for awhile. Not bad at all.

Sparkling Ale? Tasty beer, but I’m certain it would make me sick if I was to drink more than a couple. Seems to be very high in carbonation. Tastes more like club soda than beer.

. Coopers Sparkling Ale is like a mix between a UK pale ale & a wheat-bier style. There was a shitload of sediment swimming around the glass & that’s cool. Lots of fruity tastes.I got apples and bananas.Similar to the banana flavours in german wheats. I could drink loads of this one.

Bottled. Orangey w/medium head. Kind of flavorless but drinkable in the hot.

Coopers Sparkling Ale pours a cloudy and sedimented orange with a good sized head. The aroma is nothing to write home about just a touch of malt. The taste is also disappointing with a light malt and hop flavors. I would not recommend this brew.
