Commercial Description:
Coopers Sparkling Ale is brewed naturally by the centuries-old top fermentation method just as it was in the beginning by Thomas Cooper. This beer displays a solid head and a distinctive, full-bodied flavour enhanced by a soft, fruity character and the sediment which gives it a cloudy appearance.

I’ve had this many times from LCBO and other locations. Pours a golden colour with lots of nice yeasty sediment dancing around. Has some nice yeasty and fruity aromas and taste is mildy hopped with high carbonation. A nice refreshing beer!

Aroma is of dry malt and a little wet hops, along with plenty of yeast. The flavor is overridingly dry with some light fruity notes, and again some yeast. This beer looks fantastic with a big rocky white head with plenty of lace, and a ton of sediment that gives the beer it’s sparkling affect.

Cloudy amber in color with a white head. Malt and yeast in the nose. Bitter-sweet flavour with a dry acidic finish.

Pours cloudy golden with a small white head. Citric aroma, pleasant and sharp. Flavor nice little bite tangy lemon, bready and fruity. Finish slight bitterness and malty. Very refreshing.

Bottle, 5.8%. Cloudy orange colour. Small white head. Lemony aroma. The flavour is quite bready, tastes a bit old, but is not past BB date. The flavour is also citric and quite malty.

Pour hazy amber with a big snappy head. Orange and cotton candy aroma. Flavor was sweet cotton candy like malts, orange citrus hops, and a bit of grain. Finished slightly dry.
