COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Coopers Sparkling Ale is brewed naturally by the centuries-old top fermentation method just as it was in the beginning by Thomas Cooper. This beer displays a solid head and a distinctive, full-bodied flavour enhanced by a soft, fruity character and the sediment which gives it a cloudy appearance.

A nice crisp ale with a citrus and malt balance. There is evident carbonation. This beer is easy to drink and enjoyable with a good steak. I will try it again in the future.

UPDATED: SEP 23, 2016 Bottle from beers of the world in Winterthur. Pours golden yellow with soft white head. Taste starts fruity mild with notes of wheat and bread. Palate is sweet and a bit bitter. Finish is citrus and more bitterness. All right.

UPDATED: SEP 4, 2016 From Saveur-Biere. In Teku glass. Lightly fruity, with a sparkling feeling that seems to come from a spicy profile more than from carbonation. Highly drinkable and refreshing, with some taste and a pleasant nose

A solid beer from Coopers. I taste a little bit of fruit and herbs. Moderate bitterness and a nice alcohol kick at the end.

Es una Ale correcta, aunque le falta algo de carácter, no acaba de entrar del todo bien, y la experiencia queda un poco amargada por dejar un regusto un tanto artificial.

UPDATED: JUL 17, 2016 Noticed some sediment butt at the bottom and opted not to pour that in. Even still a bit hazy from the bottle conditioning. Mmm a nice fruity ale that reminds me of the hand pumped ales in London. Dry finish with pears really tasty. Wonderful old school British ale. Really enjoyable.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass at the World of Beer in Pooler, GA. The appearance is a cloudy orange color with a medium sized white head. The aroma is malt and a lot fruit. An outstanding beer

A blond ale without foam? Is it blond or what is that colour? And what is that smell? But then again it has a good bite and a quite ok aftertaste. All in all a very drinkable beer, also outside of Australia.
