On tap at Coopersmiths poured a clear reddish brown with a small lingering tan head. Aromas of cocoa, carmel, light earthiness and a hint of coconut. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of coffee, cocoa, carmel and brown sugar with a smooth dry lingering coffee finish.

Nitro tap @ Coops. Clear, deep brown appearance with a creamy, light brown head. Toasty, nutty, caramel malty aroma. Actually a very nice, nutty-centric, coffee-like, roasty caramel, brown malty flavor and is easy drinking. A winner here!

Tap at Coopersmith’s. Pours clear brown with a large, creamy off-white head, lasting with excellent lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (bread, cookie, caramel, chocolate, toffee), light hops (herbs), light yeast with notes of vanilla and cinnamon. Medium bodied, creamy texture, and average carbonation. Long duration, moderate sweetness and bitterness, light acidity.
