Dec 16, 2007 On tap at the brewpub on 10/14/07: Clear golden color has a thin ring of white head. Aroma of slightly sweet pale malt with some lager yeast profile and noble hops. Body starts slightly thin and fizzy, but true to style with a mild sweetness and slightly floral estery hop and yeast character. A decent Kölsch.

Aug 3, 2005 Draught. Pours pale gold with a thin white film with lined lacing. Sour malt (cereal, meal) and yeast (dough) with citrus hop notes. Malt and bitter acidic yeasty flavor with citrus hop notes. Light bodied and lively carbonation.
