Pour on tap at the brewery, hazy yellow pour with thin white head. Aroma brought notes of slight biscuit and grain, hints of lemon, fruit notes with a touch of spice from the hops. Taste is a mix of slight fruit, slight biscuit, but pretty watery overall with a hint of spice.

On tap at Coopersmith poured a clear yellow with a small lingering white head. Aromas of straw and light spicy hops. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, bread and light spicy hops with a crisp dry finish.

(Draught) Pours a clear pale yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of nuts, honey, cereal, florals, and citrus. Flavor of cereal, honey, and toasted grain.

(Draught at CooperSmith) pale yellow, fine white ring of bubles. but few. Nose of light apple, grains, and cereal. Taste of butter, crisp cereal grain, light apple and oats. Smooth body, light carbonation, light-to-medium body.

Tap @ Coopersmiths. Incredibly clear and incredibly light yellow apperance with a small white head. Grainy pale malts and some bitteness in the nose. Very grainy pale malty ale flavor. Light bodied but not very smooth.

Clear pale golden yellow, thin white head. Aroma if banana and grain. Taste is light sweet banana and grain. Light body, soft carbonation.

Pour is a clear yellow with a fizzy white head. Aroma is malty with seom grassyness. Flavor is a super nice bready malt with bitterness at the end. This was a very nice kolsch.

Kind of a weak take on the style. Bready malts that come across kind of husky with a weak body, light floral hops.
