On tap @ Coopersmiths. Copper orange appearance with a splotchy tan/orange head. Mostly a light caramel malty nose. Caramel malty, medium toasty, mild to medium nutty, lightly bitter flavor. Mildly bitter caramel nutty finish and aftertaste.

Pours a nice light copper color with a white head. Aroma is floral, grassy, herbal and a hint of fruit. Flavor is malty, floral, grassy, yeasty, subtle fruit, and a bitter earthy finish. A beautiful delicate beer.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours amber with a white head. This has an awesome taste. There’s great body and perfect carbonation to this otherwise boring style. For me to enjoy what I consider a blaise style, this must be good! Yummy.

Draught. Body is medium amber. Aroma is moderately malty (toasted bread, cookie, caramel), lightly hoppy (flowers), with a note of diacetyl. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter, slightly husky. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Again, not the cleanest execution, and otherwise color-by-numbers in character, but it's adequate.
