2.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Tap @ brewpub. Transparent, light yellow appearance with a pearl white head. Orange citrus hoppy, mild pale malty flavor. Somewhat bitter, dull citrus hoppy, bland pale malty flavor. Seems not that well balanced and too bitter. Not really an IPA- more like a blonde/golden ale in my mind.

3.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Served on tap. Very nice IPA. As is usual with Coopersmith’s brews, this one is well-balanced with no single aspect taking over. And at 6.1% abv it can be enjoyed over an evening of shooting pool at the brewpub.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Copperish in color, with a nice white head. Funky citrusy hop aroma--grapefruit, pine, maybe some toffee or caramel earthy malt on the nose...odd somehow. Taste was a little too bitter, but otherwise pretty tasty. Sharp citrus hop bite at the start, featuring some pine and grapefruit, melding into a smoother malt backbone of toffee, bread dough, and dry finishing wheat tones.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Copper color with small white head. Nose is citurs and pine. Flavor has a nice grapefruit punch that fades to a nice hint of toasted malt. Slight bitter finish.
