COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our stout is full-bodied and dark. We use a generous amount of roasted malts to give this a hearty flavor. The use of oats in the mash gives our stout a creamy-mouth feel which is enhanced by a fine head from nitrogenation instead of carbonation. This beer is an acquired taste for the traditional American beer drinker but soon becomes a favorite for the adventuresome. 6.2% ABV

On tap at Coopersmith poured a clear dark brown with a small lasting brown head. Aromas of roastiness, coffee and dark chocolate. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of roasted malt, coffee and bakers cocoa with a smooth lingering roasty finish.

Black with a fluffy tan head. Sweet chocolate and roasted grain aroma and taste with a thin palate and a bitter finish. More like a dry stout than a sweet sweet stout.

App: Dark pour, nearly black. Thick tan head sticks around. Ar: Coffee and chocolate smell, like a cold mocha T: Chocolate hits first followed by the barest hint of coffee bean. P: Creamy, heavy, and tasty mouthfeel. Smooth on the swallow with the bitterness hanging around. Good for maybe one or two, but the thicker aftertaste and richness of this brew will not encourage too many.
