Pour on tap at the brewery, slightly hazy orange-yellow with thin white head, aroma brought clove, banana notes, hints of fruity esters and bubblegum, very slight bready note as well. Taste is a bit on the sweet side, some slight clove but mainly biscuit, banana, bubblegum and some fruit notes. Decent.

(Draught) Pours a hazy pale yellow body with a moderate white head. Aroma of mustiness, grain, and banana. Flavor of toasted wheat, some banana, citrus, and light clove.

On tap @ Coopersmiths. Fairly hazy, light yellow appearance with a white head. Nice yeasty, banana, wheat malty nose. Banana, light clove, medium yeast wheat malty flavor with a fairly dominant banana yeasty aftertaste.

(Draught at Coopersmith) clearish white/pale yellow, ring of white bubbles. Nose has tons of clove, funky, ripe banana. Taste has tons of clove, ripe banana, funky and bubblegum. Soft but abundant carbonation.

Draft at Brewery Aug ’08: Poured a cloudy yellow. The nose was banana and spice. The flavor was clove, spice, banana, wheat, and citrus. Overall, not a favorite of mine, for a wheat beer.

Kind of refreshing on a hot summer day, but it pretty weak by itself. Spicy clove nose with a bit of bananas and bubblegum. Light citrus notes on the palate with a weak wheaty malt body.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy light yellow haze. No head. Slight weak banana nose and a hint of spice. Fairly watery. Blend of not too strong hints of clove and citrus, lingering bitter wheat finish. Refreshing!

On tap at the brewpub. Poured a hazy golden color with a moderate white head. Strong wheat aroma with some fruit, mostly banana. Heavy wheat taste with yeasty undertones and a nice hint of citrus. A nice beer to enjoy at the pub on a hot summer day, but nothing excellent.

On tap at the brewpub on 10/14/07: Pours a cloudy deep golden with a wispy-lacing white head. Nice aroma of sweet malted wheat, a touch of banana esters and light citrus. Smooth, lightly sweet wheaty and doughy Belgian yeasty flavor has a good, crisp light citrus and clove balance. Pretty true to style and drinkable.

Tap @ CooperSmiths: Poured a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Banana and wheaty aroma with some clovey notes. Banana and clove flavor. Citrusy middle with some grainy cereal notes on the finish. the flavor is smooth with a decent balance. Light to medium body. Drys out after the somewhat sweet start.
