Draught at the brewery. Beer is a clear, medium-light amber color, with a thick, creamy, off-white, mostly lasting head. Head leaves clingy skirt on glass. The aroma is malty with moderate notes of caramel, toasted grain, cookie; Hoppy with moderate notes of resin/pine, light notes of herb; Yeasty with a trace note of basement. The flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter, lightly acidic with a long, growingly bitter (light increasing to moderate), moderately sweet finish. Trace of warmth and malt in the aftertaste. The body is light, the texture is watery and the carbonation is soft. Even without carbonation, this is still pretty pleasing on the chops.

Hand pumped. Head is mostly diminishing. Body is medium amber. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly hoppy (apricot, orange), lightly to moderately yeasty (dough). Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation.

Growler. Foamy small head, some carbonation loss due to the growler. Bright clear copper. Aroma is very fruity, apples and pears with hints of sweet floral hops. Taste is sweet and fruity, almost overdone. Nice hops that give mild fruit and some leafy and floral character. Leaves a long fruity finish with balanced bitterness.
