COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our lightest pale ale with a touch of Amber malt give this beer a slight carmel flavor. This sweetness is balanced by a healthy amount of Mt. Hood Hops in the finish. This is our most popular beer with the widest appeal from beginners to grizzled vets. The color resembles a fall day in the Poudre canyon. 5.3% ABV.

(Draught at CooperSmith) clear orange, few white bubbles. Nose was very subdued, orange, light candi sugar, and grain mash. Taste is biscuity, not hoppy, bread, british, estery elements hiding here. No hops hardly at all in the finish, buttery linger.

Clear gold, small white head fades leaving a ring. Aroma is very mild grain and orange. Taste is lacking true hop flavor and body. Easy to drink, medium light, lively carbonation. Short bitter finish.
