3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 Murphy (1759) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - APR 12, 2005
Thin head, hazy dark yellow body. Rye aroma. Taste is pretty wild- starts with a sour, leafy hop taste, very big, then moves into a rye filled and very bitter finish. Herbal aftertaste. I’m not sure what to think of this beer, it was so sour. But it certainly wasn’t bad. Interesting hop choice, I guess.
