From a growler. Beer is clear, golden brown with a small, white, mostly and quickly diminishing frothy head.<P> The aroma is unassuming and shy. Malty with a light note of toasted grain; Miscellaney include a trace of banana, plasticy phenols, light note of green apple.<P> The flavor is moderately-to-heavily sweet, lightly bitter with a long, bready, moderately sweet, trace bitter finish.<P> The body is light, the texture is watery and the carbonation is fizzy.

Copper color, clear with not much head. Aroma is quite funky but also very sweet. Taste is overly sweet. Mild earthy, citrus. Floral hopping with a touch of bitterness.

Growler. Head is initially small, frothy/fizzy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is dark yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain, husks), with a note of burnt sugar and gum. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Very dull and uninteresting.
