Pour on tap at the brewery, clear yellow with thin to no white head, very fizzy. Aroma is sweet pulpy apples, touch of vanilla, hints of butter and caramel as well. Taste is buttery sweet apples, slight vanilla and ever so slight tartness, finishing very sweet.

On tap a the brewery. Pours with a clear golden body and no real head to speak of. Aromas are fruity, sulfur, dry and a bit acidic. Flavors are dry, grassy, apple, light acidity, sulfur. Dry apple character. Some alcohol noticeable. Light bubbles and body. Decent and somewhat rustic.

UPDATED: APR 21, 2012 On tap @ Coopersmiths. Light yellow appearance with a small white head. Dry apple, vinous nose. Actually a quite tasty, sweet apple pulpy flavor. This is a pretty good cider.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours pale yellow with a thin white head. Has a downright buttery aroma. Apples and tequila. This is an odd cider. I’ve never really tasted anything quite like it. The apple flavor is tart, but masked by the buttery acetyls.

Decent, really showcases the different tastes characteristics of the apple varieties that were used in the making of this cider. LIghtly dry and has a nice bit of acidty to it. Not something I could drink alot of, but good for a pint.

Draught. Head is fully diminishing. Body is light to medium yellow. Aroma is notes of apples and chemicals. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively/fizzy carbonation. Icky off note in the nose, bland in the mouth...not pleasant.

Had this on-tap at the brewery. This cider poured a lightest pale gold without any head. Trace notes of apple-pie spices and a beautifully full apple aroma. The flavor was modertely sweet giving away to clean with a long, sour finish. The palate was medium-thick and watery in texture without any carbonation.
