COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We use Anaheim and Serrano chilis to add some heat to this crisp golden ale. It's not too hot and has a good chili flavor.

On tap @ the brewpub. Clear golden amber with a one finger off-white head, fair retention. Spicy peppers up front in the nose with some light biscuity malts. Flavor follows suit with just a little heat, light bitterness in the finish. Moderate prickly carbonation with a light body. I could do with just a little more heat, but the pepper flavor is good. Jaipur prevails!

on tap-pours yellow with a white head. Aroma is chili with some bite. Taste is chili, sweet light malt. Then the chili heats the back of the throat as time goes by.

The beer pours a hazy yellow color. The palate is medium in balance a does have a decent chili burn. However, this beer comes off as a little weird with almost a creaminess to it. Not a huge fan of this beer.

Draft. Pours a pale golden yellow with a thin white head. Huge - I mean HUGE chili aroma. Flavor is spicy chili extract - I think they forgot the beer with this one. Couldn’t finish.

On draft. Very pale and crystal clear with nice head and good bubbles...very nice to look at. Nose is nice too, but like the beer is very one dimensional. the chili flavor is great (green and flame roasted), but that is all there is. Has a little heat that tingles the nose.

(Draught at CooperSmith) clearish pale yellow with almost no bubbles. Nose of fresh serrano, honey, and sweet and sour sauce. Smells excellent. Taste is quite spicy, honey, sweet habanero jelly, nice burn with background grains still prevalent.

UPDATED: NOV 11, 2011 Tap @ brewery. Quite light yellow appearance with a white head. Golden ale nose with some spiciness. The flavor has an excellent chili pepper flavor with a bit of a bite. Very clear pepper taste. One of the best chili beers I’ve tasted.
