COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our lightest beer has a golden color with a soft malt sweetness and a dry Hallertauer hop finish. Easy on the palate, easy on the wallet.

People often come into Coopersmiths and order Bud, I’ve seen it happen. So this is probably their answer to Bud. Very pale yellow in color, nice white head. Taste is bitter with a lager-ish malt sweetness. Nothing to special happening here, but drinkable.

Pour on tap at the brewery, clear yellow with thin white head, aroma had some off metal and plastic notes, hints of dish soap, slight biscuit and pils malt, but doesn’t smell very good. Taste is similar, thin plastic and watery, slight soap, hints of biscuit. No thanks.

Tap @ brewery. Very pale, light yellow appearance with a white head. Slightly fruity, weak pale malty lager aroma. Slightly fruity flavor- not sure if it’s an artifact in the glass or part of the beer. Light pale lager flavor. Easy drinking but boring.

On tap at the brewpub. Pale yellow with a white head. A very thin beer, but no mistakes. I like the straw-like flavors. Has nice lager yeast sulfide aroma. Nice.

Draught. Body is light yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (grain), trace hops (herbs), with a note of plastic. Flavor is moderately sweet. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly bitter, unclean. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Wow, this was really bad stuff...plasticky aroma with a fairly dirty aftertaste, thin and bland and watery and...well, you get the picture.
