12 oz bottle from the brewery. Used my Newcastle glass. Deep, rich brown poor with tons of carbonation. Very thin small off white head. Not much lace at all. Nose of caramel and nuts. Taste is much the same. Not going to get you real excited but… it would be a nice session brew if you live in NY. It’s a very standard and straight forward Brown.

12 oz bottle purchased at the brewery. Pours brown with a moderate tan head that lasted through the first quarter of the glass and left light lace. Pleasant aroma of caramel and malt. The flavor is similar with caramel and malt with perhaps just a touch of roast. Mild hops bitterness at the finish. This is a straightforward and enjoyable brown ale.

Sampled at the Richmond Eleventh. Aroma is quite sweet on this one with some hints of hops. Taste is pretty heavy on sweet possibly caramelized malts, some light hints of hops and a very light body. Nothing too interesting on this one, though it is a very palateable beer for most any relaxed occasion.
