I was nicely surprised by this domestic. I wasn’t expecting to enjoy this beer, but I found it quite refreshing. Light and brisk, this beer is best enjoyed cold. It really is a refreshing drink and I recommend it for a hot day after cutting the grass or something similar. Slightly wheaty--a bit of a hops aroma--other than that, pretty run-of-the-mill. But, really an enjoyable brew.

UPDATED: NOV 6, 2004 Nice for one of these low-carb styles. Yeasty, orange, more body than say, Matt Accel. Quite tolerable, tastes like a working class beer. I could definitely drink this on cold nights. Nice, neat bottle design too. (But where does Coors get off calling themselves "master brewers" on the label, or with this fru-fru coat of arms?)

Bottle: Lack of taste and aroma. Bland and unoffensive in every aspect. Unless you find lack of smell and taste offensive. Why anyone would drink this stuff on a regular basis is beyond me.

Not as carbonated or clear as soda water, but does have about the same taste.

Was built up by a local bar. Tried it and was not very impressed. It if is a free beer or discounted cheap have at it.

UPDATED: OCT 20, 2004 Everything you expected and less. A perfect beer for sampling at a festival when you essentially don’t have to pay for it. Ugh. A little darker in color than expected though. Possibly not the worst low carb beer though.

Wow, I tried and I tried but I could not find much of anything to comment about with this. Watered down to the highest level. I might have gotten some grains in the flavor but thats it. The only reason I gave it any points at all was because it wasn’t truly offensive. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a poor excuse for a beer.

Tasted at the Coors Brewery, Golden, CO. Light, light yellow, clear, with extremely little aroma at all (grains, rice mostly). Flavor matches in its blandness. Just lacking in everything.
