COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewing Extra Gold Lager requires uncommon patience. Patience in the slow aging of the roasted malts. Patience to take the thtree extra brewing steps needed to craft every batch. This added time and effort yeilds an exceptional, refined lager.

Some light fruitiness on the nose. Deep yellow gold color, maybe a hint of orange, with a medium head. Pretty nice malt sweetness for the style, some decent bitterness. Good carbonation, finish was crisp, but had a slight cream of corn taste. Pretty decent mass-produced choice.

Pleasantly suprised by this. I was expecting something around a Schmidts or Schaeffers, but i was wrong. Its light for a regular lager, nice alc%, and nice finish. Hell of a lot better than regular coors. The smell reminds me of my grandma.

not bad taste but real filling at a spring training game when Pete Rose was still a manager

Strange aftertaste. But great cheap cold beer in a $12 30 pack. I used to drink this beer a lot in college. Strange farting side affects however...

One of the better Coors products. Actually has some malt and hop flavor present. Nice dark straw/light gold color.

Maybe the best of the big three’s commercial offerings. Not even in the same league as a decent craft brew but in the absence of something good - which happens all to often - its passable.

I agree; this is the best Coors has to offer. Can’t get it here (Oklahoma), but touring the plant in Golden Colorado allowed me all the free EG I could hold, hiccup...

12oz can-pours yellow with a foamy offwhite head. Aroma is grain, some spice. Taste is sweet grain, some spice hops.

Probably the best Coors product.

The Best of the Coors range, Can’t really understand the backlash against Coors, although they are a bit mediocre
