In may of 98’ I was on a tuna fishing boat for about three months. The captain, lumber leg Pete, stocked plenty of this on the aft deck. They tasted good everytime. When your on the high seas, the last thing you want is someone to hand you a funny little dark beer Co2 canister at the bottom. If that was the case...it would be beer overboard!! Coors light is a great fishing beer!

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. Aroma- Not much here, faint hop smell. Might as well be tea or water Appearance- A shiny light yellow color with great clarity Taste- Overwhelming malt flavor detected, but this doesn’t mean that it has a huge flavor. Palate- highly carbonated. not a great feeling for me. Overall- A watery light flavored beer that I do not care for

The beer pours a clear yellow color with a large white head, and it smells like corn, dough yeast, and bread malts. The taste is slightly sour and a touch sweet, which comes from the corn flavor. The finish is sour for as long as it lasts, and the mouthfeel has a slick texture, medium-light body, and a soft carbonation.

What to say. very expensive water ? I don’t buy it. I don’t understand why it is so popular. If it is serverd to me, out of respect to my host, I will drink it. Better than nothing. Any beer connoisseur will have a good laugh when they see someone drinking this water, I mean beer.

Can poured into a standard pint.

A - Pours clear straw yellow with a two finger tall white head leaving no lacing down the glass.

S - Smells of pale malts, little to no hops, and a strange metallic note. That is about it. Not too good.

T - Tastes like water with a few things thrown in. Very faint pale malts and no hops at all. How do people even consider this beer? They should just market this as flavored water.

M - Light body and flavor with moderate carbonation.

O - Oh how I remember the days. While the silver bullet is pound-able the taste leaves A LOT to be desired. Just not good at all.

Pale yellow, hardly any head, watery with a "tinny" taste to it, with a horrible after taste to It. It is my second least favorite beer with Heineken taking the lead as worst. I have actually been offered this before and said no thanks I’ll just have water.

This was a status beer when I was in high school. Thankfully I now prefer flavor to appearance. No need to return to this one ever again.

Pours a pale golden body with a small head. Hoppy, bitter aroma of hops. Watery taste with a hint of bitterness. May be good on the beach, probably not anywhere else.
