COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Banquet Beer was born in the Rockies and has been a proud part of the American experience for generations, stubbornly refusing to compromise, since 1873.

Pours a very pale golden with a medium sudsy head that doesn’t last at all. The aroma is corn and corn syrup. The flavor is very sweet with corn husk, dirty water, and cardboard. No hops, no decent grains, nothing. Thin, syrupy body with moderate carbonation. One of the sweetest beers macro’s I’ve had. Terrible.

I went through a period where Coors was "my beer". This was in college. It sucks because now when I meet my old college buddies this is the drink of choice. bleh.

I typically don’t enjoy the mass produced beers that every typical meathead loves, but I enjoy these. Had a can of this once I remembered that I could walk around New Orleans while drinking and the experience was absolute heaven - great city and a great cold beer. Coors is in my top 10 and I can’t see it leaving anytime soon...I don’t understand why that putrid swill Coors Light is so popular in Canada...this is what should be popular...

Pours a medium yellow, nose is heavy on grain and hints of corn, taste is hard to swallow, very grainy and thin.

Pours a clear yellow color with aroma of corn and hay. A light pale lager that tastes bland with hints of corn. Overall reminds me of simpler days when drinking beer was only to get drunk.

Had from a bottle at Joes Bar, Chicago, IL. Pours a clear yellow with little to no head. Better than than coors light, but mostly a corn, hay taste.

710 ml can. As Coors Banquet. From Centralia, WA, USA.
Clear pale golden colour with average creamy white head. Sweet caramel malty aroma. Sweet fruity malty flavour. No hops. No need for another one.

Can. Pours a clear yellow gold with a small white gead that quickly diminishing head. The aroma is a corn malt and skunk. Medium mouthfeel with a sweet corn malt and a metallic finish. Not much going on with this one.
