0.9 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 1/20 drpimento (1695) - La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA - MAY 27, 2010
Label says "cold as the rockies"; since I got it out of the fridge and then somehow got distracted for a half hour, it wasn’t all that cold. Seems to me that has to have been one of this beers major attributes, its serving temperature. Doesn’t work. I didn’t pour it out since that would warm it even more. The aroma in the bottle was "beer" and nothing more. Give it the benefit of the doubt in appearance since it remained in the bottle. Taste was world common beer and while not bad, certainly nothing I’d ever seek out cept if the other options were somehow worse. Finish is like flavor. And forgetfully short. Nuff said.
1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20 fidel (1302) - Livermore, California, USA - MAY 25, 2010
Poured pale golden yellow, smooth, thin, grass, corn, little metalic, little hops, crisp finish. First time I have had this in years.
2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 3fourths (6218) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - MAY 25, 2010
tallboy. gold, crystal clear and effervescent, medium to large white head when poured vigorously, but dies in less than a minute. from the shining brass body there’s an alka-seltzer constant effervescence. first smell is strong corn and fusel alcohols with a butter and mineral/metallic coating. hop oil extract and slight ethanol/plastic show when it opens up some by the carbonation. crisp for sure, and also very cold (the mountains are blue, that’s how I know), a little syrupy with some small level of frothiness. light hop bitterness but it’s terribly transparent and feels and tastes paper-like and lifeless. sorry, joe.
1.5 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 RobertDale (830) - Lansing, Kansas, USA - MAY 22, 2010
12 oz. bottle. My favorite beer in high school. At least they sponsor a lot of sporting events. Glad I graduated to other things.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Stellaaaa (213) - Tennessee, USA - MAY 8, 2010
Pours a golden yellow with virtually no head. It has a fresh, corny aroma. The taste is of corn and grass. It has no defects (skunking, fusel, etc) and is actually fairly flavourful. It’s not the best beer ever, but it’s probably one of the better lagers I’ve had in my career.

2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 Neematoad (76) - , Illinois, USA - APR 9, 2010
I recently had this on tap at the Coors brewery in Golden colorado and enjoyed it unlike my previous attempts. Tried again tonight in a 24 oz can. Has a very generic initial taste but finishes smooth and is fairly light. Not really bad for your typical mass produced beer. Not as good as a Budweiser but definitely better than most of the other "originals".
1.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20 MmmcKay (841) - Brentwood, Tennessee, USA - MAR 9, 2010
24 oz can. Icy freaking cold when I bought. Was quite refreshing for the 1st half. When it warmed up to just cold, the beer became disgusting. So bad that I poured out the rest. I was freaking thirsty too. Had just finished reffing a game. This beer and any beer with Coors on the label is flat out unacceptable.
