COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Banquet Beer was born in the Rockies and has been a proud part of the American experience for generations, stubbornly refusing to compromise, since 1873.

Bottle. We have all had it, we all know what it is and what is is about. Pale yellow color no head. Aroma is corn. Very watery. Very thin. Nothing there. Summer thirst quincher. Better than bud light.

side by side with coors light. this has more flavor and since it is a bad flavor that is a bad thing. this isn’t good at all.

Chillin’ in my hotel on a business trip, bumpin’ U-God’s "Dopium" album, and suckin’ on a Coors Original out of the can. Shit is real.

Bottle poured a clear yellow with a small lingering white head. Aromas of straw and white bread. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a watery finish. Flavors of light straw and light bread with a crisp clean watery finish.

I always wondered why Coors pushed their light beer so much and not the regular...until I tried the regular; A heavy tasting, malty watery blend of garbage.

A: The pour is a crystal clear golden color with a fluffy white head that quickly dissipates. S: The smell is full of sweet grain and some malt, without any hops. Fortunately, not much, if any skunk in this one. T: Much like the nose, this beer is sweet and grainy with a slight maltiness. M: Light in body with a high level of carbonation. D: To be honest, one of the better adjunct lagers (although, that’s not saying much). A decent enough beer for drinking games or at a ballgame, etc.

Can. See in Coors Light you can at least appreciate some apple cider flavor in there with the seltzer corn water. But here the apple nuance is gone and in its place is corn syrup, rice water, and some slightly heavy graininess making this taste worse and fill you up more. So what’s the point?
