Actually slightly enjoy this American brew. Nothing special, but at least it has a fuller palette. What is banquet beer?

Canned. Better than Miller, but not by much. Yellow, fizzy, scent of corn and malt. Avoid except when wanting to get drunk cheaply.

There are too many Coors haters out there, so it’s time to even the score. If I’m looking for a decent "macro-brew", this one is at the top of my list.

Not a great beer. More flavor than, say, bud, but the flavor it does have is kind of nasty. Spend a few bucks more and get something decent.

Had this one bottled. Can’t believe I had never had this one before. Medium yellow pour, bubbly with a thick eggshell white head. Nose of sweet malts, canned corn, and rice pudding. Equally detestable taste. Smooth, flavorless finish. Actually, in all fairness, this is better than Budweiser. Not that it matters.

Poured a light straw golden thin body with a fluffy white head. Metallic astringent and full of gnarly adjuncts. Pretty terrible.
