timfoolery (482), California, USA Oct 23, 2007 Updated: Jul 7, 2008There isn’t much to say, except if I was trashy I’d flip a coin to drink Coors or Bud for Christmas. MGD’s got more taste. waolsen (1220), Littleton, Colorado, USA Oct 22, 2007 bottle/tap. The mountains turn blue when its cold. If thats not reason enough to love this beer I don’t know what is. I actually enjoy this beer. A step up from a light it is crisp and grainy and doesn’t leave a hangover. The water is from the rocky mountains. Delicious. PCD Wulfstan (509), California, USA Oct 13, 2007 Updated: May 28, 2008I just tried this for the first time out of curiosity since my dad has it on hand and the other choice was Budweiser, with which I have long been familiar. It is worse than expected, being far inferior to Budweiser: bland, watery, fizzy, minerally, and pointless. It is pale gold, fizzy, with a thin white fizzy head that lingers momentarily, then dissipates to leave a thin fizzy ring around the glass. It smells very, very weakly of bready grain and yeast. The taste at first gives an up front sweet bread & grain flavour. However, it fades fast to just a fizzy, vague, mineral-water dry blandness that leaves nothing but mild tingly sweetness. After the first sip, the flavour is almost impossible to discern aside from minerally water. I shall avoid this again, as I did before. rcasta (470), El Salvador Oct 12, 2007 para que mentir si esta cerveza huele mal y sabe mal. lo que no se hace bien no se bebe bien y no hay que perder el tiempo. para esto mejor la pilsener BallyLoser (134), Redmond, Washington, USA Oct 6, 2007 Better that its light sister beer. Watery and not a lot of flavour. Standard US mass produced beer. dancatts (91), Pennsylvania, USA Oct 4, 2007 For all of the mass produced domestic beers, I think this is the one I’ll reach for first. Not to much flavor, but enough that it doesn’t disappoint. fro2218 (466), Atlanta, Georgia, USA Oct 2, 2007 Taste a little worse than BUD. I just compared a bunch of different macros at a football game and this was 3nd to bud select (1st) and bud (2nd). mustangjoe (172), redondo beach, California, USA Sep 29, 2007 Had this one while tailgating at the game last weekend. It was ice cold and pretty non-descript. Funny how I managed to make it this far without having tried it before.
