If thats not reason enough to love this beer I don’t know what is. I actually enjoy this beer. A step up from a light it is crisp and grainy and doesn’t leave a hangover. The water is from the rocky mountains. Delicious. PCD Wulfstan (509), California, USA
| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 1/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Oct 13, 2007 Updated: May 28, 2008I just tried this for the first time out of curiosity since my dad has it on hand and the other choice was Budweiser, with which I have long been familiar. It is worse than expected, being far inferior to Budweiser: bland, watery, fizzy, minerally, and pointless. It is pale gold, fizzy, with a thin white fizzy head that lingers momentarily, then dissipates to leave a thin fizzy ring around the glass. It smells very, very weakly of bready grain and yeast. The taste at first gives an up front sweet bread & grain flavour. However, it fades fast to just a fizzy, vague, mineral-water dry blandness that leaves nothing but mild tingly sweetness. After the first sip, the flavour is almost impossible to discern aside from minerally water. I shall avoid this again, as I did before. rcasta (472), El Salvador
