For some reason, this was sought after when I was growing up in New York, maybe because it was hard to get east of the Rockies. Not that it is as command as the rhinovirus, there is no need to look for it any more.

Aroma: Only sulphur smells
Taste: More malt character than Coors light (not saying much) , tiny bit of hops
Appearance: Clear gold body with fizzy head that disappears quickly

Clear light gold with a thin, large bubble head. Aroma, dusty, grainy, cereal. Flavor is like liquid corn flakes. No notable hop presence in either flavor or aroma. Need a real super hot day to begin to appreciate this poor excuse for a beer.

Can: one of the thinnest beers on the market. Pale straw body, clear with a Sprite-like, fizzling white head. Aroma is almost nothing... faint grain, metal, musk. Taste is even more vapid; so close to water with just a touch of metallic astringency. Perhaps a hint of musky hops and corn/malt sweetness in the aftertaste. Over-carbonated. Pass on this one.

better than the light version, but that is not really saying much...typical mass commercial beer than is not easily found as the light version is so popular...no redeeming qualities at all

I actually used to drink this frequently at the baseball park. Canít handle it now. Pours a clear golden color. Aroma is corn, grain, and a sweet taste. Light body.

Sample at the Willoughby PBCCP tasting on 11/17/2013: Pale yellow-gold color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly. Spotty lace. Aroma of grainy malt and mild hops. Light-bodied with flavors of bready malt, grain and slight hops. The finish is grainy and watery with a short mild hops aftertaste. Below average.

Very surprised. Has way more texture and taste then original coors light. That being said, thatís not overly hard thing to achieve. It drinks pretty smooth.

It doesnít really get any more basic than this. This could be any macrolager but that isnít a terrible thing. I prefer ales and I prefer something with character, but Coors does what it sets out to do reasonably well.

12 oz bottle. No aroma because of the overwhelming smell of smoke while at the "Boxcar" in Geuda Springs, KS. Flavor is grape juice, wheat, gummi bears. Overly sweet, but something that is actually somewhat palatable.
