Bockyhorsey (2020), Mesa, Arizona, USA Jun 4, 2005 Her we go. After my sampler plater was complete I had a full glass of this one. Had a good floral aroma. Copper color body with of white head some lacing. Had a decent citrus flavor. Good balance to this one refreshing yet a little dry finish. Best beer of the place. Crosling (1660), Loveland, Colorado, USA Jan 15, 2005 Draught @ the 5th Annual Strong Beer Festival in Scottsdale, Arizona. Orange in color with a large and dense head of foam. An aroma of hops mainly, with hints of apricot, pine and grain, nuts and cereal. Very dry and hoppy (lemon, grass, apricot, pine) with a miserable amount of malt contribution (grain) and a lingering finish. Not very good, quite honestly. billb (233), Kennesaw, Georgia, USA Mar 31, 2001 A very good IPA. Once again, Copper Canyon is true to style with color, aroma, appearance, etc. It did seem to add a little more hop punch than ’standard’ IPAs. Gusler (2656), Tucson, Arizona, USA Sep 22, 2000 3rd on my list of style favorites are IPA’s, if there’s a problem with this beer is that it’s not always available. Big hop floral nose and a decent malt grainy sweetness that balances nicely, If it’s available, and you like IPA’s you will like it big time.
