(Draught) Pours a clear yellow body with a medium white head. Aroma of florals, pepper, lemon, and other herbs. Flavor of chamomile, lemon peel, light grass, and pepper.

Their seasonal Lete Saison is a a lighter Belgian offering. Cloudy, with a yellow gold color and a soft white head, it had almost no aroma on the initial greeting. There was a slight fruity nose on the first sip, with hints of coriander and banana, with a soft tangy tartness. Not too tart and not too sweet, it’s a pretty fair offering for a strip mall brewpub foray into the world of Belgian beers. Serving type: on-tap

Draft at pub under the L’ete. Poured a hazy copper color with an average fizzy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate herbs, citrus and yeast aroma. Medium body with a smooth sticky texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy bittersweet flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate duration. I would recommend this to a friend.
