COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION This beer is an editorial commentary on the refereeing at the World Cup (it deserved a Yellowcard!) It is a single hop American Pale Ale using all Amarillo hops for bittering, flavor, aroma, and dry hop additions. These hops give it that characteristic citrusy flavor and aroma. It is a lighter body, with a dryish, malty flavor balanced with the beautiful tangerine-citrus character. I decided to add some rye and caramel malt to finish out the body of the beer.
