Cask. Poured a cloudy copper, with a perfect amount of carbonation. Nice sized head, with some light lacing. Aroma of vanilla, oak, pine & citrus hop notes, and sweet malt caramel. Taste was very nice, with plenty of hops, a good amount of oak (not overdone), some caramel malt sweetness. Mouth was lightly carbonated. Overall, a very nice ale that I hope returns. Really, just the right amount of oak. Very solid.
