Draught at Capone’s: Aroma of light hops and light diacetyl. Poured copper/amber in color with a large, creamy, dense, off-white head that lasted throughout. Clear. Lightly sparkling. Excellent lacing. Flavor is lightly sweet and lightly bitter. Tastes of diacetyl, hops, malt, slight resin, slight alcohol, and a hint of wood. Medium body. Average texture. Average carbonation. Diacetyl, hops, and malt finish. Way too much diacetyl to be very good. 8.8%ABV is slightly noticeable in the flavor, but generally well hidden throughout.

Had at Capone’s with Katie and Justin. Pour was a medium orange with light head. Aroma was full of sweet hops and citrus. Flavor was nicely balanced hops and citrus fruits.

Amber color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, caramel malts, toast, and citrus. Taste of citrus, toast, toffee, light pine, caramel malts, and light grapefruit.
