Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular.
A refreshing amber coloured Best Bitter, with a well-balanced malty and hoppy flavour. An excellent mid-gravity session ale brewed to suit that special Northern palate.

Cask gravity at Rare Breeds BF 06. Deep copper, lasting off white head. Good pear drop hop aroma, soft in mouth, bit of toffee, and then good citrus hop finish. Really quite soft and extremely drinkable session bitter. Yeah hop finish is pretty good.

Cask conditioned at The Ship & Mitre, Liverpool. Copper colour with white head. Good easily drinkable light bitter, well balanced between crisp malt with a fragrant hop. Grassy and just a little herbal. Enjoyable.

Cask conditioned - handpump - Malt Shovel, Northampton. A copper coloured beer with a whitish head and lacing. The aroma has grass and cleaning products. The taste is herbal and there are hints of washing up liquid. Pretty dodgy tastes and smells.

Gravity fresh @ Pig's Ear Festival, East London. New brewery - started up in March of this year. Typical Marris Otter bitter with that soft caramel and pig fat aroma. Decent hoppiness tries to over-ride the malt, but doesn't integrate well. Not good.
