Cask, Seasonal;
Following the popularity of our recent limited edition ale, Owzat, we’re delighted to announce that our next ale will be available in the second week of May. In celebration of Prince William’s forthcoming marriage to Kate Middleton, we thought it appropriate to name the ale “Conqueror” after William the Conqueror. With an ABV of 3.6%, Conqueror is light amber in colour. A floral bitterness with citrus notes subsides to leave a fruity finish with a prominent grapefruit flavour.

Cask conditioned at The Stanwick Inn, Stanwick, N. Yorks. Gold with white head. Smooth, homogenised, bready beer, quite malty, reasonably dry and drinkable, just lacking many highlights.
