On tap at the brewery. Poured a clear golden-yellow color with a moderate white head that faded to a thin layer and left some spotty lacing. Aroma of light biscuity malt, a faint honey sweetness, light grain, and a soft grassy hoppiness. Smooth, lightly sweet entry with some soft honey and cereal graininess that leads into a moderately dry, grassy hoppiness that lingers into the finish where it’s paired once again with a soft cereal sweetness. Moderate carbonation and crisp, clean mouth feel. Overall, it’s an incredibly simple, clean beer that just begs to be drank and greets your mouth with a solid flavor profile. I love it.

Pour on tap at the brewery, hazy yellow pour with thin white head, aroma brought notes of nice sweet biscuit, spicy hops with grass and spices around, touch of earthy tones and a fairly lively yeast character. Taste is a fairly nice mix of bitter earth and grass, spices lead into the bread and biscuit with a slight lemon note, finishing fairly bitter. Pretty nicely done.
