Tap at CK - medium copper with a light haze - frothy, well-sustained head - nose of toasty grains, moderately floral and fruity hops - light bready notes, a hint of honeyish sweetness - medium bodied, smooth texture - lightly sweet - a nice bready character, toastiness - a touch of caramel - tail end has a nice mix of floral, lightly grassy, and mildly fruity hop character - lingering bready and lightly bitter finish - a touch of buttery flavor in the finish reduces the experience a notch, but still very tasty - another quality lager from CK.

On tap at Copper Kettle poured a clear amber with a small lingering ivory head. Aromas of toasted malt, light carmel and light fruittiness. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of carmel, earthiness and a hint of fruittiness with a smooth dry malty finish.

Tap @ brewery. Transparent, golden orange appearance with a fluffy, cream colored head. Grassy, straw, tame, grainy, pale malty aroma. Fairly dry, grassy, hay, bitter noble hoppy, herbal flavor with a dry finish. Another solid one from these guys!

Slightly hazy amber with a thin head that recedes into a thin cap. Beautiful lager aroma of toasty biscuit, roasty toffee, clean german yeast, and just a touch of grassy hops. The flavor is pretty big and yeasty with lots of biscuity bready notes, accompanied by very subtle hoppy bitterness of herbal grassy notes. I love the full body and the bready toasty yeasty maltiness. But at the end of the day it still has that lager-centric grain twang that makes me wish there were fruity tones.
