Pour on tap at the brewery, hazy yellow pour with white head, aroma has notes of coriander to the max, some hints of pepper, spice, grain, biscuit, touch of grass with hints of white fruit. Taste is a mix of lots of coriander and white pepper, some vanilla, biscuit, grass notes, hints of grain, finishing fairly dry and refreshing. Not my favorite but easy to drink.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 onceblind (2536) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUL 9, 2011
On tap at Copper Kettle. Copper in color with a small white head. Wheaty malty nose with a bit of orange peel. Flavor of coriander and some citrusy hops over a very gentle pale malt backbone. Finished a little on the cereal side. Odd, with a definite homebrew twang. Not a bad thing, just a little ’meh’
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 notalush (4174) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUL 9, 2011
Tap at the brewery - lightly hazy gold - nicely clean and crisp, with very strong spicy notes (coriander and orange peel, but also notes of pepper (perhaps from the yeast?) and ginger - a little bit of a husky, grainy character, but it is not too pronounced - spicy, but not enough to overpower the light, refreshing, clean nature of the beer - I quite enjoy this.
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 adnielsen (6217) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - APR 22, 2011
On tap @ Copper Kettle Denver. A touch dark orange appearance with an off white head. Pretty spicy (especially coriander and orange peel with light ginger) wheat malty nose. Flavor resembles a Belgian Witbier but a little darker malty body. Coriander is forefront in the flavor with a slight ginger taste over a fairly full wheat malty, orange citrusy body. Mainly a coriander aftertaste. I think the coriander is a little overdone but this would still be a good beer for a hot summer day.
