Pours a rich dark black with a thin light brown head. Semi-sweet roasted aroma with some toffee as well. Body starts sweet, touches on an off-putting lager yeast profile, before redeming itself on a very nice roasted chocolate finish. Smooth and flavorful, a drinkable, but filling imperial stout.

Light roasted malt nose, black and a low tan head. Thin initially than an overpowering flavor. Nict, but too one dimensional. Dry coffee end. Medium body. OK

Tap. Opaque black, tan head. Dark and mysterious, albeit a bit weak, aroma. Very strong coffee-chocolate taste; rich with a hint of cherries. Bullseye; this is what an imperial stout is supposed to be. Nice! Copper Tank's brewmaster has been promising a turnaround from what they brewed before he arrived, and this beer is his proof.
