I had this one on tap during SXSW in 2004 and must say that it was a welcome change to my week of some pretty terrible beers. I am looking forward to this one again this year

On draught. Amber color. Medium head that really allows you to enjoy the aroma. Aroma is sweet and malty, then the hops become apparent. The flavor is so well balanced at this point (this keg has been aging for a while). The hops are still there in the bitterness, flavor and aroma and it creates a very nice marriage with the alcohol. The alcohol is there but it is not harsh; it is smooth. We expected some oxidative flavors but none were really detectable. Great beer!!

Sweet nose like Pez candy, murky amber color, low tight head. Fairly sweet malt base that tastes like the Body Shop smells. Perfumy and citruy end with some hop bitter character. Chalky in the sides of the mough. Not as heavy as I wanted.

Tap. Reddish-amber, nice looking in a goblet. Kind of a weak aroma for a B-wine, but the flavor knocks you out. Citrus, especially grapefruit; alcohol. Strong and nice. After I drank this and a bunch of other Copper Tank beer, I went and spent $180 on a new outfit, so it definitely gets the job done.
