Copper Tank Major Apple Bier

I found this to be the worst of the copper tank offerings. Perfumy nose, light hazy copper orange color, low clingin head. Tastes like soap smells. The hops seem to kill any real apple flavor, though it is fruity. An experiment gone bad.

Tap. Props for naming a beer after Major Applewhite, UT's coolest football player ever. Slightly hazy amber, with a subtle but nice green apple taste toward the finish. Tart and slightly effervescent. Good stuff, with wide appeal: I shared it with my semi-beerfan friend Ben, and his non-beerfan wife Laura, and we all liked it a lot.
