Oct 25, 2004 Dark copper appearance, decent sized white head with adequate lacing. Slight floral nose; not unpleasant. Grapfefruit citrus flavor is prominent and there is not much of a balancing malt background - more akin to an IPA in my opinion. Mouthfeel has the proper thickness for an APA. Overall, mark this as decent - would drink again.

Jun 16, 2003 Copper Tank is the weak step-sister to Austin's Bitter End Brewery. This pale ale is somewhat thin and rather mild. An unchallenging beer with good Cascade usage.
