Dark orange with soapy aroma and as-promised soapy flavors. Weak attempt at a pale ale!

Dark copper appearance, decent sized white head with adequate lacing. Slight floral nose; not unpleasant. Grapfefruit citrus flavor is prominent and there is not much of a balancing malt background - more akin to an IPA in my opinion. Mouthfeel has the proper thickness for an APA. Overall, mark this as decent - would drink again.

Copper Tank is the weak step-sister to Austin's Bitter End Brewery. This pale ale is somewhat thin and rather mild. An unchallenging beer with good Cascade usage.

Nice head, solid well-rounded beer with bitterness and hop flavors typical of an APA. A nice example of the style, satisfying against the food they serve (BBQ). (on tap at Austin location)

Typical american pale ale. Orange coloured, medium bodied, dry, big flowery hop aroma. I’ve had at the Dallas location.

I’d rather have a Sierra Nevada, but this is definitely not a bad pale ale for a buck per 8 ounces! I know, I know, those words are usually an excuse to buy things like Sam Adams, but this is really decent beer, especially for something brewed in Texas.

Just the right amount of hoppiness. I love the cascades!!! Goes down very smooth for a Pale Ale. Good atmosphere, good beer, Copper Tank is the place to be in Austin, TX!
