COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A nitrogenated draught-style ale that is creamy, malty and full-bodied. Available year-round. Our Stout is satisfyingly rich but not too heavy. Caramel and Black malts give the Stout its deep, dark color and pronounced roasted flavor.

Draft at Flying Saucer Fayetteville AR. Pours fluffy black with a small tan head. Roasty chocolate nose. Taste is the same with a lighter nitro style body. Nice aftertaste. Decent stuff here.

A nice find on tap at the Greenhouse Grille in Fayetteville, AR. Dark appearance with a thick, creamy, tan head (though not much of one). Sweeter than most and a bit on the watery side. Thanks to Anthony for the suggestion.

On tap at the Flying Saucer in Little Rock, AR for Stout Day 2012. Pours a black body with a thin, creamy, brown head that dissipates quickly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is richer, smooth dark chocolates with some roasts and a good amount of earthy hops. Light oat notes with a touch of caramel. Flavor is similar. Smooth, richer chocolates throughout with a nice oaty feel. A balanced roast and a good amount of earth as this finishes clean, dry, and lightly bitter. Lengthy aftertaste following a smooth, medium body and a moderate carbonation. Overall, a solid oatmeal stout. Smooth, clean, and balanced with a solid flavor. Glad I got to try something from this new brewery while I was in Little Rock.
