Ethereal (723), London, Greater London, England Jul 12, 2008 330ml bottle, at home with renffisch, 25th June 2008. Thanks babe :) Dark brown with a reddish tint. Great aroma of molasses, caramel and smokiness. The flavour is similar, with malty notes coming through. Quite thin but the flavour stays in the mouth. A nice, highly drinkable dark beer. renffisch (384), london, Greater London, England Jul 7, 2008 bottle i brought for ethereal from austria. pumpkin seed beer, funny idea. thankfully it doesn’t taste of it at all. there is a hint in the nose mingling with coffe, leather and a claer leathery malt nose. Dark reddish brown in colour with a thin tan rim. Smooth carbonation, lovely and light beer. Notes of malty cereals, milk chocolate and dried fruits. surprisingly light and easy drinking. ogivlado (2173), Zagreb, Croatia Dec 19, 2007 Bottled(330ml). -from Julius Meinl in Vienna.
According to the label brewed from original recipe of Sitterbräu in Z.P. Glubczyce S.A, Poland.
Cola coloured, medium sized cappuccino head, spicy chocolate nose. Malty, caramel and milk chocolate taste with coffee notes and faint sweet fruit finish. No trace of pumpkin at all. Tranquillity (1027), Espoo, Finland Aug 12, 2007 Bottle. Aroma of chocolate, quite weak though. Dark brown, small beige head. Taste somthing... a bit dirty. Not too good. My girlfriend claims the finish is close to pumpkin seeds, but I wouldn’t know.
