2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 DeanF (1484) - Iqaluit, Nunavut, CANADA - OCT 16, 2010
Found randomly at a Parisian bio supermarket - they all stock different things! Pours with just enough head and a very light yellow body, closer to clear than I’ve seen in many beers. Aroma is dough, corn, fermenting hay. Taste is pea soup, green beans, grass, hay. Not really my thing, a bit too heavy on the vegetables.

Pale yellow, very little head. Lemony and highly malty on the nose. Sweet and malty with a citric tingle, refreshing and very drinkable. An awesome sunshine beer.
