Bottle 500ml.

Clear medium to dark red amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, nutty, hazelnuts, earthy. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, nutty bitter, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111007]

Red body with a small white head. Roasted malts in the aroma along with hints of smoke and coffee. Very nice smoked flavour with coffee and hints of chocolate, along with a bitter aftertaste. Very nice.

At a tasting in Shachar’s house, thanks Shachar, bottle, with a two-month validity, pours nice brown red amber color with a off-white head that dissipates quickly, litchi aroma, sour, bittersweet chocolate and malt flavor, light body, flows, feel a little bad, and overall a good and interesting, but questionable beer.

Bottle in Corfu. Slightly hazy brown, low carbonation. Caramle and toffee, a little yeast. Moderate bitterness. Pleasant session beer, though I would have preferred a more liberal use of hops.

Bottle in Athens. Dark brown with big head. Nice bitter nose. Taste of hops, bitter malts. Really nice and smooth. Syrupy finish.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty grainy aroma. Fruity malty grainy caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy finish with caramel hints in the aftertaste.

Botella. Unclear red-brown colour, beige head. Sweet caramel malty cow stable aroma. Ok mouthfeel. Sweet malty caramel flavour.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Cloudy brown - white head. Roasted, licorice, coffee, vegetables, bitterness, herbal, fruity, caramel, yeasty. No !!!

29-MAR-2011, bottle @Papsø tasting. Dark amber fine light brown head, Not much on the nose (nor on the palate). Belgian like yeasty fruity. Charamel, simple.

Bottle at Papsø. Cloudy orange red coloured with a small off-white head. Fruity aroma of caramel, hops, grass and vegetables. Fruity flavour of caramel, dark chocolate and hops with notes of vegetables. Hoppy finish.
