3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
At a tasting in Shachar’s house, thanks Shachar, bottle, with a two-month validity, pours nice brown red amber color with a off-white head that dissipates quickly, litchi aroma, sour, bittersweet chocolate and malt flavor, light body, flows, feel a little bad, and overall a good and interesting, but questionable beer.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle in Corfu.
Slightly hazy brown, low carbonation. Caramle and toffee, a little yeast. Moderate bitterness. Pleasant session beer, though I would have preferred a more liberal use of hops.
