Bottled from Velky Meder. Color is clear dark golden, with lively carbonation. Head is thick, foamy and white unfortunately diminishes quickly. Nose is hoppy. Aroma is hops and spieces followed by long lasting harsh bitterness. Not as watery as other Slovak beers. Actually a nice one.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 JorisPPattyn (6728) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - JUN 6, 2010
Very good dense & fine head over bright metallic-golden beer. Herbal & flowery aroma, pale malts. Head has iron in the mouth!, hops are quite present, but quite metallic-tasting. Pale malts underneath, but quite undistinctive. Light body, well-carbonated, and very watery, utterly dull finish - just metallic bitterness lingering. Finish is really disappointing, though the start promised better. Wonder if the quality went down after the move to Hurbanovo - the beer following? Thanks to the Slovak friends!
2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 KyotoLefty (3752) - Kyoto, JAPAN - MAR 22, 2010
Bottle, bought and drank in Kosice. Slight amber tint in a golden beer. Tall head. Malty aroma with rather light hops and a bit of iron. Good hop bitterness in the mouth, though. Nice malt flavor, fruity, with citrus, grapes, raisins or figs. Good hoppy finish, with strong bitterness. Nice but not spectacular.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 inbirraveritas (785) - Budapest, HUNGARY - FEB 25, 2010
0.5 l bottle as a gift.
Presents a dark golden colour with a medium, fine pored head (which remains creamy on top), the sparkling’s fizzy.
Smell of grain and hops, the taste is sweet, flavour’s bready and cardboarded.
Aroma of cereals, yeast and grassy hops, the finish is hoppy-bitter and dry.
An easy drinkable, medium bodied stuff, nothing surprising...
