Bottle, october 07. Complete gusher, turbid organge color with a big, bubbly light cremé head. Messy, sweet falvor with some methallic, fruity notes. Astringent, rough bitterness. Not very good. Aroma is yeasty with some phenollics, rather rough. Mouthfeel is medium but very rough and overcarbed. Rather rough pale ale.

Bottle from Fukito! - A well brewed, tasty ale with lots of maltiness overlain by bitter, sappy, citrussy and very fruity hops which last long after the swallow to leave a bitter and very satisfying aftertaste. Another good beer from Cork.
