Natürlich bringt die Optik schon einen auf die Idee, vielleicht ein bisschen Säure erwarten zu können. Doch auch die schöne Hefigkeit ist nicht zu verachten, wenn auch von vorne direkt etwas muffig. Trinkbar, vanillin, leicht fruchtig.

Bottle from Koelschtrinker, many thanks, Roman. The beer has got a hazy cloudy orange-amber colour with a steady head and medium body. Aroma of yeast and wheat with some flowery hints. Taste of old Belgian yeast, dust, straw, basement, grains, bread and flowers. Dusty-grainy sweet finish with being a little bit on the watery side. Expected more.

375 ml bottle. From a trade with Erzengel. Vielen Dank Gabriel! Cloudy golden colour with a big frothy white head. Belgian yeast, spices and malt in the aroma. The flavour is yeast, malt and mild spices. Not the worst. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

(Cornelius-Bräu Sanctus) Bottle 375 ml at home, corked and caged. Served into a tulip glass, ABV 7.7% Golden yellow coloured beer, a tad hazy body, with a good sized snow-white head on top, thick and with good retention, leaving heavy lacing on the glass. Typical belgian ale aroma, with some fruity notes of peaches and apricot, faint yeast. Taste also of light yeast, peach, apricot, light floral notes, sugar, alcohol is notable. Medium thin body, good carbonation. Not a bad beer but pretty standard. Good for a change every now and then I guess.

Smooth-yeasty beginning. Fresh, smooth, mild. The mainpart is very smooth and mild. Nice fruity yeasty banana-aroma. Very mild and easy to drink. The aftertaste is smooth, mild, only slightly alcoholic-warming without being sharp. Slightly bitter. Very nice!!

Zu stark karbonisierter Antrunk, laff, man muss Aromen suchen. Wenig hefig, zum Ende etwas bitter. Wenig intensiv, langweilig. 11/8/7/7/8/7

Thanks Koelschtrinker! Pours a hazy light yellow color with a pure white head. The smell is some perfume, corn, cardboard. The taste is sweet light malt, corn, cardboard ending dry. light/medium body with average carbonation. This is a beer that is very sweet and boring.
